Master Yuan is from Chengdu, Sichuan Province, started cooking in 1994 and taught Master Yuan Guoquan of Sichuan cuisine. Master Yuan was charge of five-star hotel kitchens such as Nanyuan Hotel and Wangshi Hotel. Before he arrived to Australia in 2017, in the long-term domestic career, he served not only the leaders of the central government, provinces and cities, domestic and foreign guests, but also managed and served all kinds of large events.
Master Yuan and his team have a lot of kitchen experience and technology. Master Yuan is proficient in Sichuan cuisine, Cantonese cuisine and other major cuisines. Since 2010, he has been focusing on research and development of hot pot ingredients and base materials. During this period, he was awarded the title of “Celebrity Chef of Sichuan Cuisine” and “Heritage of Chinese Cuisine Skills” and the first batch of “Ingenious Chefs”. During his career, he won numerous awards and created his own landlord restaurant brand. Since he came to Australia to join the Davids hotpot, Master Yuan and his team have continued to develop their own dishes and pots, providing an unparalleled dining experience for Australian consumers.
